I see clients in person at 51 Locust Ave, Suite 302, New Canaan, CT, and at a home-office location in Redding, CT. I also offer telehealth sessions for individuals in Connecticut, New York, and across the United States.
Yes. Sessions can be conducted via HIPAA-compliant Zoom or by phone, depending on your preference.
Yes. In-person appointments are available at both my New Canaan office and Redding home-office locations.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll begin building rapport, talk about the challenges you’re facing, and explore how those difficulties are affecting your daily life and emotional well-being.
Sessions are 45 minutes in length. Extended sessions may be available as needed.
I’m not directly affiliated with any insurance companies. However, invoices with the necessary information and superbills can be provided to assist clients with their out-of-network coverage.
